After touring your home, I will provide you with an in-depth analysis of the current market value for your home.  We will review the marketing plan for your home and the steps involved in a successful sale.  You will also receive a Seller’s Packet which includes a consumer disclosure booklet, home warranty coverage and a home preparation checklist.  When your home is listed you will receive a personalized website for your home, owner’s portal for showing feedback, professional marketing materials and attentive service.  I will personally arrange all showings from other agents and follow up with interest and feedback.

Buyers will see your home online before they see it in person.  Professional photography, drone videos, and targeted online marketing gives your home a marketing advantage.  Your home will be in the multiple listing service to reach all Realtors and their buyers in your price range.  Networking with other Realtors brings the best buyers, to achieve the highest price and best terms for you.
