Knowledge gained through experience and specialized training

Knowledge is the foundation of a successful career in real estate.  Over the past three decades I have dedicated time and resources to continuing education and specialized training.  Keeping up to date with the latest trends and sales statistics offers my clients an edge in this fast paced market.  This knowledge comes from living, working and volunteering in the greater Evansville area.  My husband and I raised our family in Newburgh.  We continue to enjoy our hometown as grandparents now.

During the past 30 years I have obtained the following designations from the National Association of Realtors: ABR, e-PRO, GRI, MRP and SRS.  Being a parent of a Veteran, the most special designation for me is that of Military Relocation Professional.

I specialize in new construction, digital and drone photography, home staging, online marketing and mortgage lending options.  My goal is to provide you with the highest level of knowledge and expertise for your real estate needs.  Many satisfied clients and repeat customers have referred friends, family and co-workers to me.  Referrals are the highest compliment one could receive.

My graduation at Indiana Realtors Leadership Academy in 2009 led to the honor of serving as President of the Southwest Indiana Association of Realtors in 2014.  The experience allowed me to serve on committees for the National Association of Realtors.  Our leadership team met with leaders at the highest levels in Washington D.C.   Our objective is to protect the interests of home buyers and sellers.  The depth of knowledge and understanding gained through this experience is used for the benefit of home buyers and sellers.  Making home ownership dreams come true is my passion as a professional Realtor.
